Wagon time

Spring is so close!! It was nice enough last night that Trev and I decided to bundle the babies and play outside. Shaura surprised us when our backs were turned and climbed up into the red wagon by herself. I pulled her around for a second, (holding her the entire time to make sure she wouldn't fall out). Then, Gabe wanted a turn. I dragged him around the yard for about 10 minutes. That is a GOOD workout. After a few minutes of that we decided to see if Shaydon would sit in Gabe's lap. Gabe is a cuddle bug and loves to hold the babies, but they never let him. They are too wiggly. I wasn't very optimistic about putting Shaydon there, but we tried. Lo and behold, he LOVED it!! Gabe did a good job holding him tight and they rode around for several minutes. I had to get the camera out. They were both so happy! Rare photo op.
Toward the end of the ride, Gabe decided to bite Shaydon's ears. Luckily, they were just the ears on his hat.
Shaura stayed busy playing on the grass while the boys were riding. She is the most easy-going of the 3 babies. She always smiles for the camera and makes great eye contact too. She is my little princess!
After the boys were done riding, Trev decided he wanted to use the other wagon for Shaura. I didn't think she would be able to hold on by herself but she did pretty well!
Shaura looked lonely all alone in that wagon, so we wedged Shaydon in there with her. I could not BELIEVE how well the babies did! We took them around the entire neighborhood and even visited a couple of friends. They didn't get impatient or fuss at all. They just relaxed and enjoyed the ride. I can't believe they are big enough to do this! What a fun night. We are so blessed!
